I'm Austin Liebman, founder of Crownview Communities. Before starting Crownview, I spent years buying and managing a portfolio of over 3,000 units, gaining firsthand experience in what it actually takes to acquire, operate, and grow real estate at scale. Through that work, I saw how much impact affordable housing can have, both for residents who need it and for the returns it can generate for owners who manage it well. That combination is what drew me specifically to mobile home parks. They offer some of the best return potential in real estate while providing genuinely affordable housing options for families across the Southeast. I started Crownview Communities to focus on that opportunity directly, acquiring and operating mobile home park communities the right way, with real attention to both the residents who live there and the investors who partner with us.
